서울산업진흥원 인베스트서울센터에서는 서울 소재 외국인투자기업을 대상으로 다음과 같은 경영지원서비스 사업을 추진하오니, 많은 참여 부탁드립니다.

○ 서울 소재 외국인투자 법인기업

 

□지원내용

 

○ 서울시 외국인투자기업 “경영애로 제로화”를 위한 전문 컨설팅 서비스 제공

 

- 6개 분야 : 법무, 회계ㆍ세무, 특허, 노무, 금융, 관세

지원내용

지원대상

∘ 서울시 외국인투자 법인기업(경영 애로사항 상담 및 컨설팅 비용

발생 기업)

지급기준

∘ 상시근로자 30인 미만 (기업지출금의 90%, 최대 250만원 한도)

∘ 상시근로자 30인 이상 (기업지출금의 70%, 최대 200만원 한도)

필수요건

∘ 협약법인과 서비스 공급 내역 및 사실입증 자료

(당해연도 대상, 기업 경영상 필요한 상담 ㆍ 컨설팅・용역 등)

∘ 기업 지출금액 최저 100만원(부가세 제외) 이상일 경우 지원

 ○ Seoul-based foreign-invested enterprise

 

□ Details of Support Provided

 ○ Professional consulting service aimed at “achieving zero managerial challenge” among foreign-invested enterprises in Seoul   

- Scope (six areas): Legal affairs, accounting and tax affairs, patents, labor affairs, finance, and tariffs

Eligibility

∘ Seoul-based foreign-invested enterprise (that bears the cost of consultation on managerial challenges)

Qualification

∘ Companies with fewer than 30 full-time workers (funds covering 90% of corporate expenditure up to 2.5 million won)

∘ Companies with 30 or more full-time workers (funds covering 70% of corporate expenditure, up to 2 million won)

Mandatory requirements

∘ Details of the service provided by the contracting service corporation and the documentary proof of such activity (including consultation and any other service necessary for corporate management for the year concerned)

∘ Support is available if the amount spent by the company is not less than one million won (excluding VAT)

∘ One-time service expense should be more than one million won
